Work Highlights
Programmed gameplay systems for multiple genres in C#.
Worked on PC and console optimization; shipped in 2020 on PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
Used a strict entity component system (ECS) to achieve the game’s core functionality of being able to mash different genres and mechanics. Maintained this architecture through rigorous code reviews.
Created a lock on system to make it easier to bounce back incoming attacks
Project Summary
SuperMash is a game that makes games. The player can choose two genres and the game will create a mash, which is small game that mixes elements from the two genres in unexpected ways.
